We decided to name our shop Red’s in memory of our beloved Dogue de Bordeaux. He was a wonderful part of all of our lives and so we decided to carry on his legacy in our shop.

It all depends on the size and scale of the item/s, as we are currently only working in the shop on the weekends. However, you will be updated regularly on the progress of your orders, be that via WhatsApp or SMS.

Depending on the size of your item/s, we will try to arrange a courier. Or, Depending on your area, we may be able to deliver the item/s ourselves. Both will obviously incur charges.

Absolutely! Being given a design by the you simply expedites the process. If, however, the you submit an idea to us, we will try and design the item/s ourselves and converse with you to reach a desired design.
